Still haven't rcvd anything

I placed my order towards the end of December. They have supposedly tried to deliver twice, on New Years Day ( when all businesses are closed) and again on Sunday( mail center is closed on Sunday). I spoke called them on 01/15, they were supposed to resend within 10 days, that was 2 weeks ago. As of today 1/28, I still haven't received anything.
